Rusalka Mavke
Rusalka Mavke is an integral member of the animal based performances within Minoru's Cirque Zephyr and a trusted subordinate of Satomi Minoru. She is a talented animal tamer and wows the audience with being able to tell animals what to do by vocal instructions. The trained creatures seem to almost understand her commands as if she spoke in their tongue and do whatever she says.
It is unknown how Rusalka originally became a member of the circus or how she met Satomi Minoru, but she seems to be trusted greatly by the owner of the operation and is almost like a second in command.
