Black Caster
Black Caster is an influential figure in the city of Tarhurth, the two major governments hold mixed opinions about him. He is greatly respected by those of the Meadow Valley Council State, whilst being disliked by The Old Sovereignty
In the next few weeks Black Caster would successfully make accurate predictions on the fogs movement around the city, attracting the attention of the Meadow Valley Council State. He would be brought before them and official introduce himself as Black Caster, his first interaction with the Council went well and he would ultimately be assisted in learning the inner and outer workings of Tarhurth.
It would not take long for the citizens of the city to become aware of Black Caster and see him as a thaumaturge of sorts, who could help in alleviating the constant pressure of the creeping fog. He would also become aware of the heroic figure and newly honoured Sanya of Tarhurth. However despite her great feat during the battle, Black Caster seemed to see the situation as reckless and showing a lack of discipline.
Arrival
Before Black Casters arrival in Tarhurth, the Cellius Aberrations of the city took a purely reactionary approach against the fog. Waiting to see its movements and flow before making decisions, completely unaware of its various advancements around them and neighbouring cities, individuals would attempt to predict the fogs movement based on the wind, keeping track of it whilst sitting atop a large tower. This strategy proved ineffective the majority of the time, yet despite this it felt as though there were little options otherwise.
The situation changed greatly when towns guard stationed on the wall spotted a cloaked figure emerging from the fog in the distance. The newly appeared person claimed a thick fog was closing in, calling it The Hour of the Thickest Fog. Initially he was shrugged off and detained as it is a rare occurrence for someone to travel through the fog unharmed, guardsmen thought he could be potentially dangerous. The months would pass and the thick fog just as the mysterious man said, would arrive.
During the carnage, the cloaked figure was released. Many thought that someone who can predict the movement of the fog could assist greatly, however by the time he was lead to the scene, Sanya Blade-Bearer had already achieved victory after defeating Gagjawmore.
Ascension to Relevancy
Opinions That Brought Change
In a shocking development weeks after the city celebrated Sanya's heroic actions, Black Caster would make his opinions public. By this time he had built a large following and influence within Tarhurth, people believed what he would say. Black Caster would condemn Sanya's actions claiming that her lack of foresight and rash decision making could have led the city to bleed. If she had failed not only would the city lose a noble boy but also an irreplaceable warrior, who would defend the city if she had not returned, the caster would claim.
Regardless of his words, many still saw Sanya as a hero and brushed off Black Casters opinions, however a seed of doubt was planted into the minds of the more paranoid citizens and a seed of hatred towards himself was planted into the one he attempted to chastise. This very decision to let his mind speak out would change the city into what it is today. Sanya would damn the Council State who she believed allowed Black Caster to publicly discredit her in an attempt to gain back their tight grip on the city, eventually leading to her and Jandelow Bowers founding The Old Sovereignty.

Meeting of Casters
At some point a woman named Sofie Koch would travel to Tarhurth, claiming to be a magical teacher from The Lands of VeCoastal and had travelled all this way to increase her understanding of magic. Both she and Black Caster would get along quite well, both trading knowledge between one another. When it was time for Sofie to leave the city and return home, she would share that she admired the cloaked mans dedication to his craft. She would proceed to honour their friendship and be known as Red Caster from that day onward, Red being the primary colour of the Tussarian Empire.
