Reggie (Deceased)

Reggie was an Earth-born male who grew up in Mexico City. In his teens he made a living selling illicit drugs (he even had drug deals spanning to Luna). He also naturally grew into the role of an information dealer.

While dealing with John, Mexico City Security triangulated his location and moved in to hold him hostage. In an altercation with Clark Porter, Reggie was shot.
