The Lassitude

A magical disease which spread most recently in Daring Heights shortly after the great battle between Granny Longtooth and Nowhere.

Symptoms

The Lassitude's most terrifying aspects are its simplicity and speed. The disease causes lethargy, a lack of energy and listlessness that grips its target swiftly. Most are incapable of more than simple actions within 48 hours. As the disease continues to eat away at the spirit of its host, they eventually fall unconcious, never again to wake, though their body may continue for some days more, barely holding on.
Signs that the Lassitude has struck an area are rows of still bodies laid out in beds, many still alive, but just clinging on to life.
