Queen Sarastra Aestruum

Known as the Queen of Night and Magic, Sarastra is the currently the dominant ruler of the Feywild. Her court is a towering castle of glass floating on platforms in an island city which regularly sinks and rises, so only those buildings designed to float remain above the surface.
An enigmatic but undeniably powerful Archfey, she seems to have some view that Daring Heights is at least partial hers, as the Feywild echo of the city has been marked as belonging to her with runestones. As the Bear King is a vassal to the Queen of Night and Magic, and Daring retains a deal with the Bear King following his aid in retaking the city from the orcs, Daring is tied to Sarastra and her court in a number of ways - though day to day no one would even know.
