Galavir Elves

The elves who live in Galavir are unique amongst their kind. Their ties to the lake that serves as their sustenance has awakened a special set of abilities throughout the village.
They are all taller and more naturally athletic than most elves, not all, but certainly the majority of Galavir elves have some form of water-related powers. Sorcerers are commonplace while some of their fighters are able to blend watery attacks with their fists and strikes. Even the most ferocious of their warriors seem to bring the power of a storm with every step. They have used this natual power to explore and adventure throughout the surrounding mountains, or at least they had until the Marid's treachery was revealed.
Now the Galavir are trying to come to terms with their new existence - they are still strong, but they are now bound to something greater than their tribe. Their souls will now cycle through the multiverse rather than just their village and the souls of the newborn could have come from anywhere. It is a strange time, but they have always been a people of adventure.
