Chief Strongarm's purview covers research and development, as well as the upkeep of the city. Currently though, Yucca is almost wholly focused on maintenance. There are so many buildings and incredible feats of engineering that require upkeep, and natural stress and constant attacks is causing damage. The worrying truth is they're reaching the tipping point between damage and their capacity and resources to fix it. Yucca is very worried about this. She actually isn't much of an engineer herself, and came to the role through a more administrative capacity, which has made her incredibly efficient, though not as popular among the engineers themselves, as she doesn't always care for their inventions as they do.
