Founding of Loykling and the council of the Eldars

Construction beginning/end

Not to easily be outdone by the elves, the dwarves came together to found Loyklin. While not as orginised as the elves they had a robust system that fit the dwarves natural tendencies. They founded the Council of the Eldars to be called apon in times of great need and began building the hall of the eldars deep in the heart of the loyklin mountains.
