Loyklin
Loykilin sits on the East coast of Estra streching from just past the Loyklin mountains to the coast. Loyklin is the home of the Dwarves.
Structure
The structure of Loyklin differs quite a bit from the standard kingdom or republic. Loyklin is a collection of city states similar to those of ancient greece. Each city state rules itself with its own system of chosing a leader and laws. Each city is also mostly holds one clan/family. Loyklin does have a system though to come to gether in times of need.
When Loyklin is threatened they will call a council of the Elders. This council is a meeting between the cities to decide the best course of action and is given full power during the crisis. This council is very sacred and everyone who attends focases only on the task at hand.
While the laws between cities differ there are some comman threads of basic laws. All cities will also accept any coin of another city and most accept all coins made
