Itel Black Market

The Itel black market is a hidden place away from the eyes of the government. Here criminals can hide, people can purchase utherwise unpurchasable goods, or other thigns. It has many rickety constructed levels with each being a cacophony of people and stalls. Some parts of the building have been claimed by people and they have set up more permant residence,

When one enters they reac ha wide open lane lined with stalls. From there one can look up and see the many levels, ladders and stairs going up. Some levels seem as if they were planned to be there whild others look like someone wanted their shop to be seperate from the others and built a level. Each assending level holds larger and more prestigouse shops. The most prestigouse are inside the spires.

There are four main levels. Level one is in the basement. This is where one could find people to hire for dirty work. Level two is the main entrance here one finds many small stalls where people have set up stalls. These shops sell basic goods that may or may not be illegal. The only permant shop on this level is the Evil Dragon bar, casino, and areana. Level three has many of the same goods as the first but the shops here are more permanant. level four is up in the rafters of the building here one can find shops of all nature selling dangerouse goods. Above that level are a few shops but some of the spires are center that people hide out in as most of the entrances are hidden.

The Itel Black market not only serves as a place to sell but as a refuge to many people. The Black market also often feels like a mini comunity inside of the city.

Evil Dragon bar, casino, and areana

The Evil Dragon is an entertainment place that sits in the largest alcove in the back of the building. It streches between the first and second level and draws a large crowd. In the center of the Evil Dragon there is a recessed pit where cage fights take place. On the second level the are seats that look down apon the areana. In here there is almost always a fight going on with betting taking place. On the outsie edge of Evil Dragon there are tables of gambling that cannot be played elsewhere in the city. There are also many bars and tables throughout the Evil Dragon.

Purpose / Function

The orgnal Purpose of the building the Itel Black market is in is unknown but now the building serves as a hideaway, market, and even a bit like a small sub city.

Alterations

The most notable alterations to this building are the multiple levels that have been constructed on the inside of it to house whatever is in here.

Architecture

The outside building is made of finely carved stone. It features many flowing designs and carvings that, while unrecognizable, appear to be stories of some sort. The building is very tall and that is accentuated by many spires reaching off of it.
