One of the largest, and by far the most commercially successful of the city states of the Isle. Crow Bay has a history dating back to the dawn. 3 houses control the affairs of Crow Bay, their regal gem passing between each on a 50 year rotation.

Crow Bay is naturally the home of the Crow Bay trading company, an expanding venture which has roots in Pis'toria, Haven, and Tyrol.
