Kraesh High Council

The Kraesh High Council is an oligarchy and is made up of the leaders of The Great Clans. Great Clans are roughly family based political groups that tend to specialize in a specific industry. In each clan there are a series of local oligarchies that form a hierarchy eventually feeding into the High Council.
