Another man stands now, the chair he occupied scraping just briefly on the sandstone floor before the sound of his pressed cape dropping onto his back signals his standing. His mere presence seems to occupy the room's attention immediately as the gentle whispers in corners and among the other members of the council cease. Dressed in robes of deep burgundy and wearing a pendant showing the sign of Cejun, his commanding presence is felt instantly. This presence is accentuated significantly by the dark, silver/grey armor that covers his chest, arms, and upper legs. His skin is a deep grey, so much so that it appears to almost have a purple tint in certain lights. His hair shows a bit of age, a salt and pepper mix of silver and black, slicked against his head with the distinct smell of scented hair grease lingering within his proximity. He gazes at you with piercing blue eyes, a gentle smile teasing the sides of his mouth as he begins to speak, his voice laced with the thick accent of a land far from here.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Ellisar has passed middle age for a Drow as shown by the silver creeping into his silky, black hair but, due to his military background, continued physical training, and positive genetics, he is still a very fit and healthy man. He carries himself confidently and lightly as though poised for a dance, or for imminent danger.
Body Features
Even amongst Drow, Ellisar and his kinsmen are considered to be dark skinned, his tone so grey that it appears at some points to shimmer purple when struck by the light. He is a towering and impressive figure standing over six feet tall in a region where the average height among men is close to 5'8". His physique is hidden carefully and intentionally beneath robes when in public and professional settings but those who have experienced Ellisar on the battlefield report that he has an incredibly toned body of rippling muscle and exquisite body control. Despite his immense strength and power, he still manages to cover ground the way most Drow do, as though he isn't quite walking but not quite hovering, a graceful, nearly unsettling gait that reflects supreme confidence and control.
Facial Features
His face is slender and ends in a sharp, pointed chin which parallels his nose as it comes forward to a distinguished point. His eyebrows are slanted in what appears to be a perpetual glare of intensity, though he does not appear unfriendly at the first glance. His dark eyebrows perfectly accentuate his most striking features, eyes so piercing and pale blue that they feel to seek deep into your soul and examine the depths of your thoughts before you can even create a barrier. Ellisar's mouth teases at the corners, often turning to a playful and seeming sarcastic smile as he interacts with those around him. He is the picture of elegance and wealth, but with a clear hardness to his expression that denotes his role as Commander of the army.
Identifying Characteristics
A devout worshiper of Cejun, Ellisar rejects piercings or tattoos that would marr his body in the quest for knowledge and perfection. His sole exception to this rule is a single silver stud inset with a purple gemstone which is pierced into the skin just above his left eyebrow, the reminder of where he had come from while living in an unfamiliar and, at times unfriendly, land.

His arrogance drives him to believe that he has the best method of governance for the Bahask region and that the Pewter Guild is currently failing in a lot of the capacities that he believes to be important. He is constantly seeking to find powerful allies in various capacities that can help him to accomplish this goal and exploits them to draw them into his fold.
Savvies & Ineptitudes
Very persuasive and a brilliant people person, Ellisar abuses his natural charisma to convince people of all social and economic strata to join his cause. Unfortunately, his arrogance both from his acknowledgment of his charismatic strengths and his upbringing in an arrogant Elven society has given him a blindness for people bluffing him, believing that his words are enough to easily convince anyone.
