It is unknown exactly when the town of Oceania came to be, but it is rumored to be immediately after the Era of Demise ended and the Era of Man began, but it is also rumored to have been created a year into the Era of Man. There is no true documentation to prove any of this, or if it just appeared by the Goddess' might or was built by man. All that is known is it is a very important town with important implications in religion and living.
