Temulo
The Temulo are the explorers among gnomes, those whose curiosity can't be contained within the High North Coast. They are shorter than average for gnomes, and usually have tan skin, deep blue eyes, and wavy golden hair. They are expert sailors, and often run trading routes along the coast and far to the south.
Naming Traditions
Feminine names
Female Temulo names end in -a, and are usually short.
ex. Brina, Carlina, Ella, Lillia, Tana
Masculine names
Male Temulo names end in -n or -o, and tend to be a little longer than female names.
ex. Alston, Brocco, Eldon, Gerbo, Sindrio
Family names
Temulo clan names are given to every member of the clan. Many have been passed down from ancient times without retaining their meanings.
ex. Beren, Daergel, Folkor, Ningel, Raulnor
Other names
Temulo names are usually variants on those of ancestors or relatives, though a few are new.
Temulo receive nicknames from practically everybody; those given by other Temulo are typically related to animals, especially sea creatures, or to a particular character trait of the nickname's recipient.

Temulo Traits
Temulo have no one set of unifying traits, but their magical heritage tends to manifest itself in two distinct ways. These are generally referred to as "Forest Temulo" and "Rock Temulo," names that have lasted since time out of mind. Forest Temulo have natural illusion abilities and can communicate with small animals, while Rock Temulo have natural resilience and tend to be highly innovative.Forest Temulo

Speak with Small Beasts.
Through sounds and gestures, you can communicate simple ideas with Small or smaller beasts.
Rock Temulo
Ability Score Increase.
Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Artificer's Lore.
Whenever you make an Intelligence (History) check related to magic items, alchemical objects, or technological devices, you can add twice your proficiency bonus, instead of any proficiency bonus you normally apply.
