Gnome

Curious in both senses of the word, gnomes are always eager for something new. Their sailors are the best in the Kingdom, their wizards are without compare, and their craftsmen are always innovating, in search of the next great discovery.
— Aedhar the Sage, on Gnomes.
Gnomes are well known throughout the High North Coast as curious, eager to learn about anything and everything. They travel widely, seeking always to see new places, hear new stories, taste new foods, and make new friends. Most gnomes take great pleasure in life, looking forward to each new day with a smile. They are innately magical, with great resistance to certain spells, and gnomes often make talented wizards.
