Signal is a technomancer native to Ring 5: Transport Nexus. After helping Otto Keisler, Mellow, and Boots resurrect a dead racoon in the hopes of contacting Chris Cromwell, he joined with The Agitators in the hopes of uncovering more dark secrets.
