Even The Golden Horde, with all their technological prowess, were but an ant in the sea of The Ether. Forces far older and more powerful than the galaxy itself dwell in that shroud, that realm of magic, technology, and mystery. One of the eldest voices whispering in the web ways, Horus, has been constantly pushing the universe toward progress.

True believers see the voice of Horus in the dreams of great thinkers, just before they are inspired to craft something new. They see her eye, monitoring the great unification of warring tribes. They feel her presence in the cryptic prophecies that guide mortals toward a more progressive future.

Horrifyingly, if the legends are true, Horus is not alone. There are other voices that carry in The Ether, not all as progressive as the guiding hawk.
