Veronika Marjorie Arachnington III is the Arachne beauty queen of the 1st Half-Blood Regiment. She charms, seduces, poisons and twists the senses and minds of her enemies.
Too few words exist that can perfectly encapsulate her stunning beauty, and yet, fewer words can describe her deadliness.

Veronika is from a wealthy, noble, traditional family and has been raised to be a Lady since she was a spiderling. Therefore she is noble, refined, calm under pressure, regal, and level headed with a sense of superiority towards others of a lower class. She isn't a snob, she just doesn't understand much about the ‘real world’. She holds herself and others to high standards, always seeking to better herself. She is extremely modest with her choices of clothing, never showing off much of her legs or ANY of her abdomen. She is able to spin and fire webs from her spinnerette and mouth, but she absolutely HATES doing so because she is extremely modest and revealing her abdomen and spinnerette is essentially the same thing as flashing her butt at someone. She doesn't like to shoot silk from her mouth either because it is ‘attractive and gross’. So she only does so from her mouth in extreme situations.

Physical Description

Body Features

She has the lower body of a Flower Crab Spider and the upper body of a breathtakingly beautiful woman. The skin on her upper body is pearl white while her stomach and lower body is a beautiful pink pearl color. Along her abdomen are patterns of white and pink pearl forming stripes and patterns
Her lower body is that of a spider, specifically a Flower Crab Spider. Her two front pair of legs are much longer, larger and more muscular than her back two pairs. She can easily balance herself on her back two pairs and grab and pin down opponents with her two front pairs of legs. Her abdomen is very small and spherical compared to other Arachne, allowing her to easily hide her lower body under a large, victorian style ribbed dress that drapes to the floor
Her upper body is completely human bar her fingertips that she covers with elbow length gloves. She has a perfect ‘ladylike’ figure, an hourglass waist, wide hips, large breasts and delicate shoulders that she loves to show off in her shoulder-less dresses. Overall, she emits an aura of regality, due to her height, figure, posture and the fact that she is the heir to the Arachnington family

Identifying Characteristics

Veronika can be easily identified as a Half-Blood or Monster due to her pearl white skin color. But she is even easier to identify if you manage to sneak a glimpse of her legs

Accelerated Healing/Regeneration: The ability to heal oneself or others faster than normal. This ability is generally reserved to Healing and Medicine deities but can sometimes be found in mortals of divine descent.
Amokinesis: The ability to arouse romantic love and passion in others.
Amokinesis Immunity: The ability to be immune to Amokinesis.
Beauty Manipulation: The ability to manipulate one’s or another’s outward beauty, whether permanently or for a short time.
Camouflage: The ability to change one’s skin color or tone in order to hide in their surroundings. Veronika can completely camouflage herself, including her skin and clothes, to match her surroundings in a mere second.
Charmspeak: Charmspeak is a type of hypnotism or persuasion in which it allows the speaker to convince someone else to do or get whatever they want.
Claw Retraction: The ability to retract one’s claws into their fingers, toes or other body part. Veronika is able to retract her claws to better fit with her ‘beautiful aura’ since they are rather disturbing.
Darkness Vision: The ability to see perfectly in the dark as if it were light.
Enhanced Agility: Having above average agility. Veronika is extremely agile and nimble, easily being able to climb, run on and jump off of walls and ceilings despite her large body

Enhanced Vision: The ability to have above average vision. Veronika can see in the dark, see magic, electromagnetic fields and see trails from toxins and poisons.
Exoskeleton: Veronika has an exoskeleton over her legs, abdomen and fingertips, giving her incredible defense on her lower body while providing her upper body with deadly, almost indestructible claws to use as offense.

Limb Regeneration: The ability to quickly and easily regrow one's limbs if they become damaged or torn off. Veronika is able to easily detach and regrow her legs without causing harm to herself.

Pherokinesis: The power to manipulate the pheromones of oneself or others. Veronika possesses the ability to combine, mix and manipulate the various toxins and venoms in her body and emit them through her skin to cause various effects such as attraction, drowsiness, persuasion, repulsion or poison her opponents.
Silk Generation: The ability to generate and fire silk webbing from your spinneret, mouth or other such body part. Veronika is able to spin and fire webs from her spinneret and mouth, but she absolutely HATES doing so because she is extremely modest and revealing her abdomen and spinneret is essentially the same thing as flashing her butt at someone. She doesn't like to shoot silk from her mouth either because it is ‘attractive and gross’. So she only does so from her mouth in extreme situations.

Zoolingualism: The ability to communicate with animals. Veronika is able to communicate with spiders.

Apparel & Accessories

Military Uniform: She wears the standard military top and a specially tailored dress that resembles the uniform skirts to completely hide her legs. But once she got fully comfortable with showing her lower body she had specially designed leggings made that she puts on over her eight legs and her entire abdomen that allow her greater speed and movement while still keeping her legs covered. She wears gloves to hide her hardened fingertips and retracted claws
Dress Up Attire: When she dresses up she dresses up. As a lady from a noble family, she wears nothing less than immaculate Victorian style ribbed dresses that just fit over her abdomen and completely hide her lower body with the dress falling to the floor. She wears elbow long gloves
Casual Attire: She wears simple tops and dresses that cover her lower body.
Exercise Attire: To adhere to dress code, she wears a tank top like the other girls but elects to wear a long skirt that almost reaches the ground to provide her with maneuverability.
Swimwear: While she does not like to swim, she was forced to participate in aquatic combat and rescue training. So she wears the standard military swimming top and had to wear specially tailored wetsuit bottoms with eight legs
