Mermaid / Merman

Women and men with the lower bodies of fish.  

Most similar to Oceanids but more commonplace. They live exclusively in Aqua Towns or in the open ocean. They can be general worker in Aqua Towns or off the shore. They cannot leave the water. 

• Half-Mermaids are very rare. 
• Both male and female.
