Build: Athletic, slightly curvy, and toned, but she also only has one arm, or rather only one human arm. Her left arm has been replaced by a prosthetic made of ice

General Attire/s: She wears a pigeon blue knit sweater, grey pants, black shoes, wears dark shades over her eyes, has a blind cane in her right hand, and wears a glove on her left hand to hide the ice prosthetic. Over the whole outfit she wears a full length hooded golden brown duster, which is actually a cape made from the pelt of a Japanese Kitsune(fox spirit) pelt, it has magical properties that allows it to transform from her scarf into a red fox fur cloak that has the ability to protect her frail body from almost all physical and magical damage]

Specialized Equipment

Tools/Weapons: Cane/Katana/Spear: Her blind cane can become one of two weapons, the first weapon is Tōshō (Frostbite), a three foot long two handed katana with a light shiny silver blade with frost designs carved into it, no one really knows what it's made of (they just say silver just cause), but one swing of this blade will not only injure her enemy, but also give them a severe case of frostbite. The second form is a Yari, a Japanese spear, with a white handle and a 'silver' straight-bladed spearhead/blade she calls Tsurara (Icicle)
Enchanted Kitsune Fur Cloak: She wears a black and yellow striped scarf that is secretly an enchanted Kitsune Fur Cloak that transforms into a cloak that covers her whole body and grants her almost complete protection from physical and magical damage. However, it can be overwhelmed by overly powerful attacks or successive attacks and will have to ‘recharge’ for a few minutes to start absorbing attacks again.

Personal history

Her mother Noël was a Greek demigod that grew up in France despite it being part of New Rome territory, she was part of many groups planted within New Rome to find weaknesses and fight from the inside. But her mother wanted no part in the fighting and bloodshed, it sickened her. She fled to Japan to escape the war, seeing as it had been one of the few remaining countries that have fought back both The States of Greece and the HRE when they came to take over their land. When Noël hid in Japan, she thought about how she wanted this war to end, so she climbed to the peak of the highest mountain in Japan when it was coldest and prayed to her mother Khione, but it wasn't Khione that appeared before her, instead it was Kuraokami. The dragon was fascinated by her strength to brave the icy slopes, and seeing an opportunity Kuraokami offered Noël a blessing that would help her get through this war, and maybe even turn the tides of it. She accepted and 9 months later she gave birth to Kōri, but what was surprising/worrying was that Kōri was born blind, but Noël pushed those worries aside knowing that her daughter was a special child. Not long after Kōri was born, a special guardian yokai called a Komainu (or lion-dog), arrived at their home. It was sent by Kuraokami and was bound to Kōri to obey her and give her both protection and companionship, he's her seeing-eye dog basically.

Virtues & Personality perks

Personality: She's rather independent and somewhat confrontational, she doesn't really play well with others so she prefers to be on her own. She isn't afraid to march right up to someone and tell them what she thinks. She always comes off as cold, which is probably why she isn't all that social. She's very sarcastic and almost has a reflex to have the last word. Her hearing is incredible so it's best not to whisper around her, cause she'll have a comeback coming out of her mouth by the time you're done talking. She's also direct with people, she won't try to sugar coat a situation which leads her to be very and brutally honest. She's blind, but for some reason people forget about her blindness constantly, guess they just have no much on their mind that it just fades from their memory, it's something she likes to have fun with. She's pretty stubborn and determined, once she puts her mind on something it takes a VERY good reason for her to stop. While her appearance doesn't look as intimidating as it could be, her attitude and how she carries herself makes her comes off as a cold person that you should really shouldn't mess with. People have a hard time touching her because her skin is incredibly cold. She's strangely good at giving advice. While she doesn't have ADHD, she is dyslexic.
