Giants

Monsters of human appearance but prodigious size and strength.      Giants come in all shapes and sizes, to the peaceful smaller giants of the meadows to the titanic and brutal giants in the mountains. Some smaller giants are part of normal communities working as security, general laborers or even owning a Bakery in Downtown New Sparta. Giants and other large races are premiere sport playing races.      The most common races of giants include: (smallest to largest)
  • Meadow Giants - The smallest giant sub-race at 7-9ft. Peaceful and borderline human intelligence and features. The most common giant race in cities.
  • Pacific Island Giants - Passive unless provoked. Human features. 8-12ft.
  • Hill Giants - Unproportioned and ugly features. 20-30ft.
  • Stone Giants - Stony/earthy features/skin. 20-50ft.
  • Frost Giants - Native to Northern lands, either passive or violent. 15-100ft.
  • Fire Giants - Almost demonic creatures that live in or around volcanoes. 50-100ft.
  • Cloud Giants - Usually passive, almost unsolid creatures, extremely rare. 50-100+ft.
  • Mountain Giants - AKA True Giants or Gigas. The most elusive land-based giant, almost reaching mythical status. Sometimes benevolent, other times violent. 100-300ft.
  • Deep Sea Giants - The most elusive giant sub-race, with no accepted official sighting in recent centuries. They are said to walk the bottoms of the seas and patrol the trenches that keep the primordial beasts. 100-300+.
Female giants are accepted more into everyday life than males due to their more human appearance, with female half-giants accepted the most.
  • Commonplace of Half-giants depends on the race of giant, from being normal place to impossible.
  • Both male and female.
