Found in the grasslands of Hhwecalan is the makeshift capital city of Werstidhlom Esr.

While much of the city is makeshift housing that stacked on top of each other, at the center of the city is a large rock formation that has been excavated completely to house tens of thousands of residences and most the key instructor of the city. In the case of a siege, if an invading army was to breach the outer walls, the Blood Riders would fall back to the inner citadel. Alongside this inner citadel are a network of tunnels that the Blood Riders can use to move behind invading forces. These infrastructure marvels were built on the backs of enslaved dwarves'.
