The Samru Empire
The Samru Empire is the oldest empire of man on Pangeria. Established just over a thousand years ago, it predates many Elvin nations. Unlike The Order, the Samru Empire has isolated itself from many of the continents problems. While they did take part in The Bloodletting, they main pursuit has been magic.
Their previous stance on isolation changed when the Teuta made landfall. The Empire feared that the Teuta would abandon the colder northern regions of Antauustret for the somewhat warmer southern region. This along with the rising power of Nosejo Erwa and the The Norsskia Empire, The Empire began a large fortification project that spanned the entire southern region of the continent. Dozens of forts were built to ensure their control. On another front, The Empire struck a deal with the Archmagi's of White Stone Harbor to send professors to train their elementals.

The Red Emperor
The Southern Empire is ruled by the Red Emperor who is the ultimate power of the nation. The first recorded texts of the Southern Empire tells of a man who climed the Red Spires and came face to face with the Bringer of the Sun. The man would slay the God and begin to cut open its chest to reach its heart. When he pulled its heart from its chest he began to devour it as the sun was pulled from the sky. For 7 days the sun would turn all below it red. On the 8th day, the man finished the heart and proclaimed himself the God of the Red Spires and ascend as the Red Emperor. His children would go on to establish the Samru Empire and rule over the region for over a thousand years.Provinces
