Tzar of the Eastern Hunters

Irina's family were once the most powerful Golden House on the Norsskia Issleas until Albert Te Bhānús established The Norsskia Empire. Much of the family fled west out of fear to create the Eastern Hunters. The loyalty of the family that stayed within the empire is often question as the Eastern Hunters continually interfere with politics and constantly raid the empires north eastern border. Even with their loyalty in question, the Tzar keeps the family close most likely to keep them in line.

Elemental Irina is a earth elemental. One of the main reasons she was able to be crowned Tzar was the fact that she was a powerful elemental and defeated her older brother in a duel.

Motivation

Irina holds much distain for The Norsskia Empire. She and much of her family believe that Albert Te Bhānús forcibly united tribes that held no wishes of ruling over another. She believes that Albert striped the tribes freedom away and the empire he established has ruled with an iron fist for over 400 years.

Reign

Irina was crowned Tzar of the Eastern Hunters in 4401 BCE. Within the first few months as Tzar she ended conflicts with the Esr Reidho and continues to try and establish trade routes with them and the Mari Reidho. The following months she would go on to intensify the raids on The Norsskia Empire's territory while constructing sever new fortification within the mountains surrounding her countries capital.

Wealth & Financial state

When she was crowned Tzar, Irina was given control over The Golden House's vast fortune. While a large part of the fortune was used to improve multiple aspects within the country, a vast amount of it still remians making her extreemly wealthy.
