Storm Sorcerer who'd left her husband and child to pursue a presumably unfruitful, life-quest. She'd sought an intelligent stormfront whom she'd repeatedly referred to as Hurriglouster, The Marred. Twiggie Fob was known to gather together children along her travels and share parables depicting lightning as a magical two way communication with gods. She was last known to do so in the remote fishing village of Nimlith, before chartering a vessel and never being heard from again. Twiggie left behind only the travel boots she'd traded for deck shoes and instructions that the harbormaster was to facilitate an urgent delivery to her next of kin. The Moon Elf that took up the task spoke only once of the parcel, claiming it was a rare and ancient key.
