Frontier Reclaimation Society
When the turbolifter was repaired and the expansion into the Frontier began, the Frontier Reclamation Society appeared, leading the collective hivers, guilders and houses in the name of Lord Helmawr. Such is the way of the hive, very few risked challenging this calim, knowing the support from the Mercator Guilds and a rough group of Watchmen would be enough to make the Frontier their grave.
The Society is the de facto government and official seat of powerfor the Frontier, which seems to grow as the Frontier does, led by the myseterious yet astute Lord Reclamator
Structure
The FRC is typical of a Necromundan organisation or body of givers, with the strong leading and others swaering fealty in return for an increase in power and wealth. The Lord Reclamator is the head of the Society, ruling from Reclamation hall-an old abandoned warehouse that has been converted into the underhive equivalent of a spire palace. It is he who presides over the Frontier, ensures the turbolifter keeps working, resources and taxes go uphive and guides the hivers outward into the Frontier with his policies, promises and rewards
Below the Lord Reclamator sits the Society Council- a hand picked selection of promenant members of society who has each been personally selected and approached by the Lord Reclamator with an invitation to sit on the council. The composition of the council shows the Lord Reclamator's skills as a diplomat as he has extended offers to people of differing backgrounds with differing desires-Orlocks, Escher, Guilders, Enforcers and indeed one bartender- all of which have accepted the offer
Public Agenda
The Frontier Reclamation Socitey's agenda is simple - fulfill the remit given by Lord Helmawr to reopen the Frontier, attractign enough wealth and people to enable the Imperial house to derive new wealth from a previously cut off sector of Hive Primus

Ownership of the turbolift commonly referred to as "The Descent", as well as the responsibility to keep it functioning (currently delegated to the Orlock Roadboss Micaha Gunnarsson and his Ord Devils, in return they can charge duties and tickets for using the turbolift and for setting up stalls there

The Lord Reclamator has a standing force of deputies and watchmen, which is essentially his own mercenary army, who currently provide security and local law enforcement. Rumours are abound that House Helmawr is due to send a precint-worth of Palanite Enforcers to The Frontier, now that it's proved a stable enterprise and Frontier City is a sprawling settlement
