Engineering

The Engineering department is responsible for hospital defence and operations. They run the outer defenses and also ensure that the generators keep running.

• Members: Hospital Engineers (HE's for short)

Medical

The actual doctors, medmages and nurses who run the day to day operations of the hospital. They work directly under the Director of Nursing, but are more loosely organized than the other hospital departments, the exception being the Nurse Administrators, who do the work of patient triage, room assignment and resource administration

Paramedics

This is the military branch of the hospital. Paramedics form their elite strike teams, and are also responsible for debt collection in the form of body retrieval, which can be very dangerous. Most have little to no actual medical training beyond basic first aid. Paramedics are paid primarily on a contract-by-contract basis. They can be dispatched individually or in squads of up to 7.

Logisticians 

Coordinations of supplies and transportation. Primarily composed of couriers, courier contractors and their handlers.
