Ethergalley

This is the home of most of the celestial and other higher-plane beings of the Free City. They exist in uneasy alliance with their neighbours Netherport
Celestials, Elementals and Fey who choose to live in the Free City chose to live there because they were not comfortable on their good-aligned, higher echelon planes of origin, with some most to trending to alignments and attitudes that don't match those typical of their people. However this does not always make them comfortable bedfellows with creatures that come from mostly material planes, like Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Halflings etc, and as a result, many of them have chosen to settle in the same area together, and many of the businesses in the area cater specifically to the needs of those of more celestial alignment.
The Celestials of Ethergalley also maintain the weather spell that keeps the cloud cover of Netherport intact. In fact, the celstials of the plane first started living near Netherport expressly for the purpose of keeping an eye on the hell-creatures that dwelt within. Over time however, it became clear that they were very boring demons, and the Celestials chose to stay, because they secretly find the presence of other semi-immortal beings more calming than the hurly burly of the material races.
