A member of the gladiatorial stable operated by Gallienus Kerularios, Rukh is one of the most popular fighters on account of his sheer size and strength combined with his flashy and entertaining swordsmanship.

Personal history
Born into a family of Sangik urk brigands in Khengiria, Rukh was abducted by ghamad slavers as a young child. He was eventually purchased by Gallienus sent to Eknopolis to train as a gladiator. Naturally muscular, standing at 6 feet 7 inches, and driven by the rage he felt from his enslavement, Rukh quickly became known as a fearsome opponent in the area and Gallienus's top earner.

Ruk's fierce mien belies a keen wit and due to his charisma, he is considered by his fellow gladiators as their stable's leader. His magnetic appeal extends into the arena, where he is a crowd favorite. This ability to play to his audiences' whims has been the secret to his longevity as a gladiator, as the judges feel compelled to grant him 'Maya's mercy' when necessary to please his numerous fans.
