The Tar want to conqure the world in the name of Koandicen the Great, to spread Evil and Pain for all the sinners that have forsaken the path of Selfharm and destruction.

The Tar Army Consists of 60.000 Thousand Tar in all four realms, with weapons and machines built for war, they are small way trought the realm but if they unite chaos may unfold, chaos of unknown gratitude
History
The Tar is one of the oldest known tribe of beastpeople, that have exsisted even before the birth of the new gods. after the great war the tar were inslaved by Koandicen and mindbroken to follow him and spread his belives and values trought all 4 realms, within their far reaches.
Mythology & Lore
The Tar believe in rebirth after death, becoming the angles of pain under the wings of koandicen for serving him in their past lifes.
Depending on their people they killed they gain 1 feather for each kill, the more they kill the larger their wings will suppositly be.
