In the era when Gods or Mortals were yet unknown, in a time long forgotten, when the world was veiled in hues of gray, there existed four realms, each distinct yet bound together, their boundaries blurred. And from this convergence, the first three gods came into being, born with a boundless urge to create. The god of War shaped mighty dragons from molten fire, the god of Nature breathed life into elves, humans, and other mortal races, while the god of Darkness brought forth creatures that lurked in the shadows.   For a time, the mortal races thrived, basking in the benevolent gaze of their divine creators. But as the decades passed, the hunger for godhood kindled in the hearts of mortals. Ambition and greed drove their insatiable quest for power, and they sought to rise to godhood themselves. The flames of conflict blazed as mortals clashed in their pursuit of godlike abilities, threatening to tear the world asunder.   In response, the ancient gods, ever vigilant to the ambitions of mortals, joined forces to restore order. They forged three new gods, each of them created from a part of themselves, tasked with the solemn duty of maintaining harmony among mortals, lest they inflict harm upon one another in their unquenchable thirst for godly might. The gods of Fear, Heart, and Desire were entrusted with upholding the divine laws that governed the mortal realm, ensuring that the delicate balance of power remained intact.   Thus, the world of gray was forever transformed into a world of color. The creations of the gods all dragons, elves, humans, and other mortal races, now dwelt in a realm tinted with the hues of divinity and the stains of mortal strife. As mortals endeavored to transcend their inherent limitations, they would face arduous trials, daunting challenges, and perilous battles in a world shaped by the gods' handiwork and their unwavering resolve to keep mortals in check. The fate of the realms and their mortal denizens now hung precariously in the balance, as the ancient gods and their newly anointed brethren watched over them, poised to intervene if need be.
