Ryū-jin The Old, The God of Stars & Nature

He is unusually awe-striking, with purple-black shimmering scales, long auburn horns, and eyes the color of yellow sunlight. He is gargantuan and very muscular, and often appears angry. People believe him to be a Primordial Gem Dragon that fused himself with the Magic once it first entered the four realms.
Not only that, but he is also associated with stars, nebulae, forests, debts, and the plains. Likewise, he is often worshiped by village folk. His large numbers of followers can be primarily distinguished by the ritual greetings they use.
There are more than a few shrines to him in forests. There are many myths involving his wars against creatures messing with the forests and fey. He is known to give help to mortal heroes that have a connection to the forest.
Ryū-jin is an omnipotent god, the only one in the four realms. If someone were to meet him, he would appear to them differently than other. To them, he will appear as their ideal appearance of a god, warping reality around them and changing others' descriptions for him as well as pronouns.
The might of his magic is unfathomable; he is simply able to make things exist by thinking about them, or relinquishing them by thinking them out of existence, but he is not without fault, as he sometimes restarts the universe by accident, which leads to what the scholars call the "Mandela effect".
