Iron Spire Hold
Iron Spire Hold is the preeminent Dwarven settlement in Elliost. This Hold was established in 1170 R, and was one of the first Holds independent of Bifur's Forge. It has grown massively, creating satellite Holds of its own.

The Iron Spire Hold official currency is known as Anvils. They are minted in the common materials of Gold, silver and copper, but they are one of the few currencies minted in platinum as well. Dwaven coins are of very high quality, and accepted everywhere.
Legislative Body
The Forge Lord Rules as monarch but is bound by the ancient teachings of Bifur. The head of each great clan form a Council of Elders that advise the Lord in all things.
