A plains halfling refugee, he hates humans furiously, though he cannot ban then from his bar he does everything he can to get them to leave quickly. Runs the Cloud walker Tavern alongside his partner, Claw, he is trying to save up enough money to fund a ship to a far off land where they could live. He typically wears a finely tailored suit, and has a single large canine tooth, missing the other canine.
