Kurbarar The Crow is a raptoran who has adopted the persona of a crow. He has dyed his feathers black, and wears tattered black clothing and a crow mask complete with beak.
He works for The City of Valkour as guardian of the 1st level's secret Warehouse 3 entrance to the under-city.
