Vothi's Package

This package was given to the Gang by Vothi Swiftstriker  for delivery to Gorwyn SIlverflow .  It was a mysterious chest made of cherry wood with bronze edges heavy with patina, showing its apparent age.  On the front is a simple lock, also lightly degraded, and clearly able to be opened with some prying.  Tristan was able to detect that the lock was magical in nature.  Vothi instructed the Gang to protect the chest with their lives, and equally important, to never open it for any reason; the contents are private.
The chest was nearly sold to the merchant Garas Thistlebeam, but he was chased off and the package made its way safely to its destination, unopened.  Gorwyn gave the Gang the proof of delivery Vothi requested, and upon return he rewarded them with the Lantern of Truth .  
It is later revealed that this was merely a test, allowing Vothi to learn whether or not the Gang could be entrusted with Vothi's Revelation .
