Garas Thistlebeam

Garas is a famed halfling collector of rare items who is known throughout Brethiel for his persistence and ability to have an uncanny sense of where to find valuable goodies. This is in large part due to the fact that he is rumored to have a magical compass that always points towards the item of greatest monetary value in the region, but you won't see him flaunting such a device around.

At one point Garas attempted to purchase the mysterious chest Vothi Swiftstriker was having transported to Gorwyn SIlverflow west of the Stronghold of Reconciliation . He produced assorted magical wonders in exchange, such as a frog wand, but was assailed by Lena who had grown annoyed by his advances. With a fireball of self-defense, Garas fled into the woods to pursue items not so difficult to obtain.
