Charm is a male tiefling who finds himself pulled into the world of adventure time and again, despite his best intentions. Handsome, charming, and confident, he possesses the perfect combination of traits that has left a trail of broken hearts in his wake. He's generally outgoing and friendly, and especially enjoys teasing women, especially if he can get them flustered. Charm is a former criminal himself, so he generally holds to a "ends justifies the means" mindset that does not endear him to his superiors, or the richer parts of society. When he's not on duty he's often out carousing with friends both highborn and low, and always has an ear to the ground.

Charm cuts an impressive figured. He boasts an athletic physique and moves with a grace and agility that seems almost supernatural.
Facial Features
Charm's facial features are handsome, with a high cheekbones and and cleft chin. His horns sweep up and angle along his skull slightly, and add an extra 8 inches of height to his stature.

Personal history
Charm smiles broadly as you ask him to recount his past. He is a native to Neverwinter, born and raised. His parents perished when he young while the Chasm was still unsealed, and spent much of his life on streets. After a chance, once in a lifetime offer from Sildar, Charm was able to finally walk the straight and narrow. He's never forgotten his past, and his criminal contacts make him the unofficial way to both send and receive information from the criminal underbelly.
A few years back he stumbled into a younger Ophin Taldilindar, Arcane Prodigy, in the process of being mugged by local criminals. Unfortunately for the criminals, Ophin wasn't aware of how the Game was played and rather than hand over his money, chose to fight. The elf was covered in blood and bruises, but he had managed to outright kill several of his attackers, and scarred the remaining ones. Charm took the sheltered young man in and tended his injuries, and has strictly kept this incident away from the ears of Ophin's adopted mother, Daredrid Taldilinar.
Charm's introduction to the heroes' comes after an embarrassing incident (for Vera, Bix, and Ophin) where he was called to respond to reports of two women milling about the local bathhouse. He detained first Vera, and then Bix, who both were merely following Ophin after he had left the inn unannounced. Convinced he had caught the two young women peeping on the mens' bath, he kept them company until Ophin appeared. After, he followed the trio back to the inn where he spent some time drinking with the other patrons and enjoying thoroughly discomfiting both women.
Sexuality
Charm is a notorious skirt chaser when he's not busy dealing with his duties on patrol. In his youth he broke a fair number of hearts, but events in recent years has caused him to drift instead to being an outrageous flirt.
Education
Charm has never had a formal schooing, but life seems to have put many skills in his hands. He's in excellent shape, and equally adept at smoothly talking his ways out of trouble as he his letting his reputation do the talking for him. He's particularly deft with his hands and is often seen flipping a coin between his knuckles absentmindedly.
Employment
When asked how he came to be a member of the City Watch, Charm laughs as he recounts pickpocketing Sildar Hallwinter in the middle of the Hall of Justice. And then again at the Docks, and once more at the Moonstone Mask. For many year Charm would antagonize Sildar, but it was only after an event in his past that Charm would turn to the warrior for help. While he wouldn't elaborate on what specifically turned him from the shadows, he is remarkably steadfast in his new allegiances.
As part of his new role, he swore an oath that none save Sildar know, and Sildar will not willingly disclose it, only stating that it's what it takes to make him the man he is today.
