Riuke Kor Diukhonor
The Riuke Kor Diukhonor is a large community of warriors all working together to create a place where anybody can join and be a part of a "family".
Structure
The Riuke is an honor-based meritocracy. The leaders are all leaders because of who they are, not because of who they know and what they have.
Respect is earned and not given.
Chieftain
- The overarching ruler of the Riuke. This position is not one that someone "achieves" or "wins" but one that is granted and passed down as seen fit by the previous Chieftain. One who is picked by the Chieftain and then runs through the "Trial by Ordeal" and proves themselves worthy. Or taken if the Chieftain no longer has the clan as his primary interest. This person leads the vision of the Clan and is the one who drives what needs to be done to achieve the next state for the clan. It's more of a delegation of responsibilities to those who can execute them.Krieg
- The commanders of a particular area of interest for the clan. Those who lead the economic development, merchant's guild, etc etc.Urdans
- Those who are gathered under the Krieg to take care of the day-to-day activities of each area of the clan. And then there are assigned impermanent roles that can be handed out as needed to complete projects.Avaukk Leadas
- For particular projects, a Krieg or Urdan might have a riuken lead a group of riuken to complete the task and you are assigned as the "Avaukk Leadas" or "Task Leader" for this project and then report back to the Krieg/Urdan when completed. This is considered a high honor and is rarely, if ever, rejected. It is always presented as a task and not as a command, which is normally why they are rarely rejected.Ciavausan Proavecavor (Proavec for short)
- These riuken are assigned to train weekly with the military and their militaristic function is to become the "city guard" if war breaks out and the military and forced to leave for combat.Public Agenda

Living with honor is the pinnacle.
Assets
There is a "treasury" where there is roughly 50,000g waiting to be used. The Riuke spends the money gained on the people themselves and rarely keeps too much money on hand, as it continuously spends the money on the people.
Demography and Population
The Riuke has a weekly event where each community gathers together and almost does like a "campfire" where they all gather together and share what their dishonor was and how they came from it to the Riuke.
