Chieftan Alog
Alog, a half-orc rogue, is the leader of a clan of warriors called the Riuke Kor Diukhonor which is Orcish for "Rise From Dishonor". The "Riuke" has been slowly amassing control of Vaasa, but has done so relatively peacefully. He's known as a fair ruler and takes care of all the people who pledge to the Riuke.
There have been several instances of the Riuke taking places by force, but the stories say that those places were run by terrible lords who were treating the people like slaves.

Personal history
Alog, a half-orc rogue, once belonged to an Orcish clan, but the leader of the clan was brash and wielded his power without honor. Alog found himself losing faith and respect for their clan leader as time went by. Alog’s friend, the albino Drow named Ishiadar, trained Alog in hand-to-hand combat and helped Alog hone his rogueish craft. With time, Alog came to lose all respect for the clan leader and eventually challenged the leader to an honorable battle for control of the clan. The leader accepted the challenge and the match was set to take place the next day.
However, in secret the clan leader hired some assassins to take out Alog’s wife and daughter that night; but the hired hands also raped and tortured them before dispatching them. Alog, upon finding the bodies of his wife and daughter, knew who had done this and became enraged and furious. He set out through the village and found the clan leader getting drunk at the bar and immediately challenged him to fight right there. The clan leader accepted his challenge and the two fought through the night. Alog gained the upper hand and defeated him, but before the leader yielded he made a sly remark about Alog’s family and that’s when Alog snapped. Using a technique taught to him by Ishiadar he tore the clan leader’s head off with his bare hands. As this was an honorable fight and NOT to the death, the clan forced Alog to leave, Ishiadar leaving with him.
It was then that Alog decided he would make his own clan, but that he would strive to lead the clan honorably and with respect for all those who would join. And thus came the beginning of the Riuk Kor Diukhonor.
