The flying flux The Dogma Decade

The Dogma Decade

Religious event

First Decade

When the great god Chazos left the Flying Flux, the Chazra had just begun and the world was still bathed in naivety. Because of this, a world-wide cry to obey every one of their creator's commands led to a ten-year period known as the "Dogma Decade", which ended poorly.

The first generation of Fluxers were by far the most peaceful, but incredibly unfamiliar with the cruelties of nature. Being under the protection of a god gave them a false sense of security, and while they might have known of death, the child-like beings had never truly understood what it meant to watch something die.

The first Fluxer to ever die after the Independence Era began was a mere six years of age; a child of the second generation. Details are unnecessary, but such a loss drove the parents into an inconsolable madness that is now considered to be a "normal" existence for most mortals. A Utopia collapsed into anarchy, ending the Dogma Decade and prompting the development of Flux's current societies.
