Location of Jhemour (translates to Torment in human languages), the capital city of the Feimer and their Thuul masters
These caverns contain several hatching grounds for the various Kaiju that prowl the Plague Sea.
Many bizarre and monstrous creatures created by the Thuul can be found wandering the wilder portions of these caverns
