Stoneheart Palace

The dominating feature of the city of Lumenos is the Stoneheart Palace, home of the Duke of Dalishae Duchy, and the Beacon, a 300 foot tall lighthouse, which is connected to the ducal residence.
The Stoneheart Palace sits atop the chalk cliffs of the coastline of Dalishae duchy. Looking down on the Low Town district at the bottom of the cliffs, with the High Town, and the Noble districts surround the palace above like a fine necklace of opulence.
Construction on the palace started not long after the first Duke claimed the spot for his capitol after making landfall after The Crossing. Groundbreaking on the palace began in 5 A.L. (After Landing), and was completed in 18 A.L.. (The lighthouse was finished in 22 AL)
