After humanity survived The Crossing and spread across the Coastal Realms, many began to become disillusioned with the harsh sacrifices that the Church of the Crossing demanded from them. As people began to turn away from the Way of the Crossing, they found warmth and enlightenment in the Aetheric embrace of The Solune.
From its very beginning, the Church of The Solune have been mercilessly persecuted by those who follow the Way of the Crossing.
Over recent decades the followers of The Solune have begun to outnumber those who follow the Way of the Crossing. It is widely believed that this shift will cause conflict at some point soon.

The followers of the Solune are widely represented throughout the Realms of Man. They maintain a strong presents amongst farmers and gatherers.
Granted Divine Powers
The magical powers granted to those who worship the Solune draw power from the Aether by ritually honoring the sun and the moon. Depending on the intersession sought, the ritual may take mere moments or last several hours.
