Head Matchmaker Lylo
Lylo is the head of the @Matchmakers , and as such the woman can almost be regarded as the arbitrator of marriage and bonding within the Fae realms. Her word on matters of engagement determine the opinion of the Court of Heart, and her scorn can prevent the Court from recording the marriage at all.
Lylo is an ancient Fae, one of the first of join the Court of Heart after Lady Magdalene announced her intention to create it. Legend has it that Lylo was responsible for the bond between Oberon and Titania that changed the Fey Courts to The Court of Seelie that said, she seems to always downplay how much part she had in that matter.
During the rise of Queen Apachia , Lylo was head of the Matchmakers and one of the few that didn't follow the new Queen. Surprisingly, Apachia didn't exile Lylo alongside the previous Queen. For many in the Court of Heart, keeping Lylo in her position showed political acumen, as Lylo is one of the most highly regarded Fey, often garnering as much ACTUAL respect as Princes and Princesses garner false respect.
Unlike the rest of the Matchmakers that use some sort of tool to determine the quality of a match, Lylo seems to do it solely off intuition. At the moment, she is training several successors to her position, should she ever choose to drop it, including Matchmaker Amelia
