Coiníní Marbh Syndicate

The Coiníní Marbh Syndicate, commonly referred to as the Syndicate, is [[Sliberberg]]'s most dominant criminal organization. Functioning more as a mafia than a traditional thieves' guild, the Syndicate is deeply embedded in the city's economy and politics, exerting influence through bribery, extortion, and illicit trade. Its operations extend far beyond SLiberberg, with branches scattered throughout the kingdom of New Mountainheart. While primarily involved in vice and smuggling, the Syndicate also presents itself as a protector of the working class, earning it a complex reputation as both predator and patron.

Structure

At the top of the organization is the Don. Answering Directly to the boss is the captains, who are usually in charge of a major racket or set of rackets. Under the Captains are the Soldiers, the common thugs and theives who make up the bulk of the syndicate
