The Masks

The Masks are a highly secretive, illicit syndicate spearheaded by Demon Face. It was originally formed by Red as a way to distinguish their group from other gangs, but as their fame grew, their objectives changed. After Red and the upper group were killed, Demon Face assumed the head and completed its transformation.
The Masks original objectives were to raid and eliminate brothels throughout the facility, along with general barter to procure what they need to survive. Red formed The Masks not wanting its members to subscribe to the inherent violence and cruelty Hell Game desires out of it's participants.
