High Elf

The High Elves of Kemnór live in the floating cities of their own creation.
Using great arcane energy they lifted their cities off the surface of the planet. These cities naturally formed low-flying orbits around the planet. Unfortunately the landmass for farming is not quite enough to sustain the size of the sky cities, but using airships and flying mounts, it enables trade with the land cities to stockpile before journeys over the oceans.
One of the smaller cities - Tílm learned how to channel the energy used to originally lift the cities to jettison the city itself and adjust their orbit, allowing them to float over specific Wood Elf settlements below.
There are 3 flying cities in total; Tílm, Bolia and O'el Unarith.
Tílm is ruled by a Magocracy, Bolia a Monarchy of the same name and O'el Unarith by a Democratic Council.
