Darkhoof Commune

On the Ivy rock of Lush, lies a small commune at the base of a waterfall, surrounding a pool and some of the river. The houses here are mainly wooden, taken from the surrounding bountiful lands of Lush.
Elder Gideon (aged 66), Beros' grandfather is the patriarchal leader of the commune, which is about 27 Satyrs and 3 Humans all told. It is common for everyone to refer to each other as 'cousin' despite there not being much if any blood relation between them.
Beros' father, Telon (aged 44), is a skilled woodworker here, and he is glad to see his son returned whenver he drops by.
Supplies wise, not many ships come via the small community, but they do some trading now and again, mainly for the gathered resources they take from Lush; food, wood, etc. But the only technology here truly is taken from ships that crash on the Ivy rock or nearby.
All of the Ivy rock is breathable, but some neighbouring chunks are not connected to the 'life path' which is the main channel of air that flows around Lush.

1. Elder Gideon Darkhoof (Age: 66) A grey haired Satyr with a long beard and a similar looking nose to Beros. He spends his days meditating in the woods, offering guidance to younger satyrs.
2. Telon Darkhoof (Age: 44) A brown haired Satyr with flecks of grey, and a similar nose to Beros. A skilled woodworker and carpenter.
3. Joran (Age: 52) - Joran (human) is an ex-captain of a TEV, but now he serves as a simple beekeeper, tending to the hives that dot the outskirts of the settlement. He collects honey, beeswax, and pollen, providing sweet treats and valuable resources for the commune.
4. Sylvia (Age: 45) - Sylvia (human) is a doctor, she previously used more advanced methods, but has adapted to her limited but more natural methods around her.
5. Jennifer (Age: 47) - Strong and stoic, Jennifer (human) is the guardian of the commune, ensuring its safety from outside threats. He patrols the perimeter with a watchful eye. She makes use of an old TEV's Arcane Cannon.
6. Thorn (Age: 35) - Thorn is the blacksmith of the commune, crafting tools and weapons for the community. He is known for his strength and skill with metal.
7. Lyra (Age: 22) - A talented musician, Lyra entertains the commune with her enchanting melodies. She plays the flute and sings songs of nature and love.
8. Darius (Age: 40) - Darius is the hunter of the commune, providing food for his fellow satyrs. He is skilled with a bow and arrow and knows the forest like the back of his hand.
9. Ivy (Age: 19) - Ivy is a skilled herbalist, gathering plants and herbs for medicinal purposes. She is quiet but observant, with a deep connection to the natural world.
10. Nova (Age: 30) - Nova is the cook of the commune, preparing delicious meals from the bounty of the forest. She is creative in the kitchen and loves to experiment with new flavors.
11. Hindel Stipetail (Age: 26) - Hindel is a farmer, tending to the fields and gardens of the commune. He has a green thumb and can coax even the most stubborn plants to grow. In youth, this was one of Beros' closest friends.
12. Orion (Age: 33) - Orion is a skilled tracker, able to follow even the faintest of trails through the forest. He often accompanies Darius on hunting expeditions.
13. Luna (Age: 29) - Luna is a storyteller, regaling the commune with tales of adventure and myth around the campfire. She has a gift for weaving words into captivating narratives.
14. Thalia (Age: 21) - Thalia is an artist, capturing the beauty of the natural world in her paintings and sculptures. She finds inspiration in the sights and sounds of the forest.
15. Phoenix (Age: 38) - Phoenix is a firekeeper, responsible for maintaining the communal hearth. He is skilled in the art of fire-making and ensures that the flames never go out.
16. Bramble (Age: 20) - Bramble is a bartender, mixing interesting drinks and pulling fine wine and ales made from the commune.
17. Jasmine (Age: 31) - Jasmine is a midwife, assisting with the births of new satyrs in the commune. She is calm under pressure and has helped bring many new lives into the world.
18. Echo (Age: 31) - Echo is a poet, capturing the beauty of the natural world in verse. She spends her days wandering through the forest, seeking inspiration in its wonders.
19. Nilan (Age: 36) - Nilan is a skilled climber, able to scale even the tallest trees with ease. He gathers fruits and nuts from the canopy, providing sustenance for the commune.
20. Sage (Age: 42) - Sage is the philosopher of the commune, pondering the mysteries of life and existence. He spends hours in quiet contemplation, seeking to understand the universe.
21. Willow (Age: 18) - Willow is a dancer, moving gracefully through the forest glades with a mesmerizing rhythm. She finds joy in expressing herself through movement.
22. Rain (Age: 34) - Rain is a weather predictor, able to read the signs of nature to forecast upcoming storms and changes in the weather. He helps the commune prepare for any challenges ahead.
23. Birch (Age: 16) - Birch is a young gardener, learning the ways of cultivation from Fern. He is eager to prove himself and contribute to the well-being of the commune.
24. Rowan (Age: 37) - Rowan is a teacher, sharing his knowledge of the natural world with the younger members of the commune. He believes that education is the key to a better future.
25. Iris (Age: 25) - Iris is a seamstress, skilled in the art of needlework and embroidery. She creates beautiful garments for her fellow satyrs, using natural dyes and fibers.
26. Aspen (Age: 39) - Aspen is a healer, specializing in the use of magical herbs and potions. She has a deep connection to the mystical energies of the forest.
27. Raven (Age: 22) - Raven is a messenger, delivering news and messages between the commune and other nearby settlements. He is swift of foot and never fails to deliver his missives.
28. Meadow (Age: 28) - Meadow is a forager, gathering wild berries, mushrooms, and other edible treasures from the forest floor. She has a keen eye for spotting hidden treasures.
29. Cedar (Age: 41) - Cedar is a woodcarver, sculpting intricate designs into pieces of wood. His carvings decorate the commune's buildings and serve as symbols of its connection to nature.
30. Lark (Age: 14) - Lark is a musician, playing the lyre and singing songs of joy and celebration. His music lifts the spirits of the commune and brings everyone together in harmony.
